Our product analytics are server-side, aggregated hourly, and deleted after 30 days. We don't know which tool you used yesterday. We don't want to know.

We pay EU taxes, we run on EU wires, we answer to EU courts. If an american megacorp buys our hoster tomorrow, we move. We've moved before.

When we need more hands, we hire a freelancer for two weeks — paid fairly, no equity scam. When we can't do something alone, we ask another small shop for help. That's it.
We don't ship to hit quarters. We don't ship to demo at conferences. We don't ship so a PM can mark a ticket done.
We ship when the code is small, readable, and sleeps quietly at 4am. Sometimes that takes a weekend. Sometimes it takes a year. You'll know it's ready when you read the release notes and they make you trust us more, not less.
